About

Founded in 1964 by Frank Van Voorhis and David Dummer, the Blue Stars were a founding member of DCI in 1972 and finished second at the very first DCI World Championships. A perennial finalist based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, they stunned the drum corps world with a 3rd-place finish in 2014 and are known for their dedication to musical storytelling.
